From College to Wimbledon

Chef Paige underwent classical training at catering college and embarked on her culinary journey at a fine-dining gastro pub in East Hanningfield, Essex, where both her knife skills and creativity flourished. With much dedication, Chef Paige progressed to Sous Chef within 5 years. Advancing in her career, Chef Paige went on to lead the opening of a new gastro pub in Stock, Essex, becoming the Head Chef and guiding her team to cement their status as one of Essex’s top dining destinations with daily and seasonal menus.

Thereafter, she joined a prestigious cheffing agency, honing in on fine dining at The Roslin (AA Two Rosette Restaurant,) The Rosewater Pavillion, and multiple other award-winning establishments as well as hospitality restaurants at Twickenham, Formula E, and Wimbledon.

She has showcased her skills at some of the most enchanting wedding venues across the country, including Clearwell Castle, Leez Priory Castle, Gosfield Hall, and Otley Hall, curating romantic dining experiences and meaningful moments. 

Chef Paige thrives on the magic of intimate and exclusive dining experiences that bring family, friends and stories together. Quite simply, Chef Paige loves making people happy with her menus.

Heritage

The art of cheffing runs deep in Paige’s veins, shaped by a rich tapestry of culinary influences from her diverse family. With a Spanish grandmother infusing her heritage with Mediterranean flavours and another in Cornwall cultivating her own produce, Paige was surrounded by a love for fresh, quality ingredients from a young age.

Nurtured by a mother with a passion for cooking delicious meals with a wide array of ingredients, Paige developed a keen sense of resourcefulness and creativity with food. Along with her uncle’s passion for foraging and outdoor cooking, Chef Paige is used to the kitchen being a lively arena for creativity and collaboration, no matter the ingredients.
